What you’ll do

As a Duetto Data and Deployment Analyst based out of the Las Vegas office, you will use an orderly, positive and proactive approach to identifying requirements, validating 3rd party deliverables, and configuration design. These will be accomplished via well defined, or at times, bespoke implementation steps with the goal being a successful and on-time delivery of all new deployments.

You will relish the opportunity to sift through reams of highly abstract data structures but never once lose your aura of serenity and purpose. You’re blessed with the knack of finding the smallest of needles in the largest of haystacks.

You’ll be able to innately identify patterns in data while surrounded by apparent chaos. Also, you can easily report and measure the data’s consistency, clarity and validity against published specifications. The Controller/ Assistant Controller will report to the CFO and own the Accounting/controller function.   • Own the financial close process for monthly, quarterly, and annual financials in accordance with US GAAP, including consolidation and elimination as well as preparation of journal entries, monthly accruals, and account reconciliations.
  • Establish, implement and document internal accounting policies and procedures to GAAP compliance.
  • Assume responsibilities of corporate accounting operations including AP, AR and GL
  • Assist with contract review and ensure revenue is recognized in accordance with GAAP and applicable accounting policies.

Qualifications
