Patrick Bosworth, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder
Patrick drives the vision and growth at Duetto Research as well as sales and business development. With more than 11 years in the hospitality, non-profit and government sectors, he has brought entrepreneurial vision to organizations and established them as industry leaders and innovators. Previously at Wynn Resorts, and with consulting clients, Patrick realigned strategic marketing functions to maximize profit. While in the public sector, he drove one of the most significant labor reforms of the past 50 years. Patrick holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Political Science from the University of San Diego. He serves on the boards of Win-Win Entertainment and Antheia Group, and recently as an advisor to the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute.
Marco Benvenuti, Chief Analytics and Product Officer and Co-founder
Marco Benvenuti directs product vision, direction and implementation for Duetto Research, which he co-founded. Prior to this, Marco co-founded Duetto Consulting, a strategic marketing consulting firm. Marco was Executive Director at Wynn and Encore where he founded and managed the Enterprise Strategy Group, in which he led revenue management, data analytics, direct marketing and the online channels. Prior to Wynn, Marco worked for Caesars Entertainment, Expedia and Four Seasons. Marco patented two unique inventions: the Pricing Engine for one-to-one dynamic pricing and the Enterprise Value Algorithm for calculating the value of every customer. Marco is an avid college basketball fan and his favorite team is of course the UNLV Runnin' Rebels.
Craig Weissman, Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder
Craig Weissman is Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Duetto Research. He is a widely recognized leader in the field of SaaS software development and design. Before co-founding Duetto Research Craig was the CTO of Salesforce.com where he was integral in the design and development of the Force.com Enterprise Cloud Computing platform including its scalable metadata-driven, multi-tenant design. Craig has a Master’s degree in computer science and a Bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Harvard University and holds multiple technology patents.
Jose Benavides, Director of Product/User Experience
Jose leads the product, design, and experience as Director of Product/User Experience at Duetto Research. Jose’s background includes founding startups as well as creating products and experiences for some of the largest companies in the industry such as eBay and Intel.

Before his time at Duetto, Jose was the CEO and Co-founder at Perkify Inc. He championed user experience and impressed Gartner while at Agilance and Vitria. His work at Gaia Interactive broke records in membership, revenue and made it one of Time’s top websites. Jose has lived and worked around the world, enjoys travel, mixology and great design.
Anuj (AJ) Jenveja, Director of Account Management
AJ manages the company’s client relationships and communicates their needs with the technical team to ensure successful implementations and happy customers. AJ has several years of hand-on revenue management experience through his last two positions. Most recently, AJ served as Managing Partner of Duetto Consulting, a consulting company co-founded by Marco and Patrick from Duetto Research with a focus in revenue management consulting and outsourcing for casino resorts. Prior to this, AJ worked at Caesars Entertainment Corporation for three years as a President’s Associate with his first role in Corporate Finance for the enterprise and later in revenue management for the Las Vegas region. AJ strives to have a balanced lifestyle and outside of work you will frequently find him socializing with good friends, traveling for pleasure, and nourishing his body through working out and juicing.
Kym deVore, Chief of Staff and General Counsel
Kym de Vore is special advisor to the founders and leads operational and legal matters at Duetto Research. Prior to Duetto, Kym acted as corporate counsel advising San Francisco Bay Area based start-ups. Before returning to San Francisco, Kym was with Clifford Chance LLP in London where she advised leading global private equity firms. Kym is half “Kiwi” and loves sailing, skiing and playing with her two Labrador Retrievers. Kym holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts, Political Science degrees from the University of Otago and is a member of the California State Bar.
Neelav Rana, Senior Engineer
Neelav Rana is the first developer at Duetto Research where he built significant portions of Duetto Edge. Neelav was previously a Lead Engineer on the Analytics team at Salesforce.com, working across the stack from database optimization to front end UI architecture. Prior to Salesforce, Neelav worked for Amazon.com and The Boeing Company. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Outside of work, Neelav is a big fan of cake, both the regular and ice cream varieties.
Manobal Jain, Senior Engineer
Manobal is a Senior Engineer working across the entire software stack - from creating a rich Javascript app to scaling our MongoDb database. Prior to Duetto, he spent the past few years as a software developer at TeaLeaf and Adify, where he built scalable server side systems managing terabytes of data. During that time, he also started his own Bollywood music startup. Manobal loves playing cricket, traveling, and watching football (Go Beavers!!).
Josh Taylor, Senior Engineer
Josh brings years of large-scale data wrangling and high-performance systems design experience to Duetto Research. He has worked in a variety of technological contexts, including search engines, real-time graphics, bioinformatics analysis, and video game engines. Before Duetto, Josh was pushing the metal building cutting-edge graphics tech showpieces for prototype massively-multicore hardware. As an early engineer at Kosmix.com, Josh led infrastructure development and was instrumental in creating web-scale search and categorization technologies from the ground up. Josh holds a Master's degree in computer science from Stanford University, with an emphasis in probabilistic artificial intelligence. When not persuading computers to do amazing things, Josh frequently attempts to defy gravity through rock climbing.
Jayesh Sureshchandra, Senior Engineer
Jayesh Sureshchandra is a full-stack engineer with several years of experience in building multitenant SaaS applications. Prior to Duetto Research, he was a lead engineer at Salesforce.com working on various parts of the platform such as Force.com Sites, UI performance enhancements through CDN and proxy integrations, general infrastructure features and social recruiting applications. He previously worked as a product manager at Microsoft and as an engineer for Bank of America's FX Options trading desk. Jayesh graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. in Computer Science. Outside of work, Jayesh hunts for authentic Japanese restaurants in the bay area in hopes to find places that can rival his favorites in his hometown Kobe, Japan. He also pretends to sing at Karaoke places fairly often.
David Su, Senior Engineer
David Su is a full-stack engineer. Before Duetto Research, he was a backend engineer at Bunchball.com, a multitenant SaaS gamification platform, working on features and analytics across the stack. David graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign with dual degrees in Computer Science and Actuarial Science. He had a passion for mathematics at a very young age and placed 1st at state level math contest in high school for two consecutive years. He got into poker recently and would like to play at WSOP for once in his lifetime.
Dzmitry Lazerka, Senior Engineer
Dzmitry is a real computer geek and has been programming computers since early childhood. Prior to Duetto Research, Dzmitry worked at Epam Systems and Google, where he developed truly scalable systems. Dzmitry has a Master's degree in mathematics from Belarusian State University, where he fell in love with science. When he's not programming (which is rare), he loves to bike around, backpack with friends at remote uninhabited places, and jumping out of perfectly good airplanes.

Mark Lomanno
Mark is the former President and CEO of Smith Travel Research (STR), the hotel industry’s global lodging authority on current trends in hotel supply, demand, occupancy, average room rates and RevPar. Under his leadership, the number of hotels sending performance data to and subscribing to the various STR product offerings grew to tens of thousands of hotels globally, representing over 5 million hotel rooms.

Mark advises several start-up and investment companies in the hospitality and data space, including newBrandAnalytics, Duetto Research and Quest Hospitality Ventures. In that role, he not only serves on company Boards, but also has taken an active role in helping to shape the respective company’s strategic direction, creating and enhancing new research solutions, and building relationships with hospitality brands, owners and operators.
Thomas P. Botts
Tom joined Denihan in December 2012 in the newly created role of EVP, Chief Customer Officer. He is responsible for developing and executing all strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention and profitability. Tom leads the brand management, marketing, sales, revenue management and business intelligence functions for Denihan across all of its brands. Following an early career with Delta Air Lines, where he eventually served as General Manager of e-Commerce Revenue Management, Tom moved to Hotwire.com as Director, Airline Relations, and was later appointed Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide as VP of global travel industry sales and strategy. He joined Denihan from New York-based Hudson Crossing, LLC, a travel industry strategic advisory firm, which he co-founded.
Michael Reichartz
Michael has a deep background in the online travel industry. He helped launch Travelscape.com, which was one of the earliest hotel booking sites on the web. Expedia acquired Travelscape for $100M in March of 2000. Michael remained at Expedia where he was instrumental in driving the growth of the hotel business for the online travel company. Michael co-developed the Market Management concept, which has been implemented across the OTA industry. While at Expedia, he helped drive the integration with hotels.com, worked in Europe overseeing the Lodging business, and merged the Hotwire and Expedia teams. In 2011, he decided it was time to leave Expedia Inc. After a short break, Michael is happy to be back in start-up mode.

Leland C. Pillsbury
Lee is the Chairman and CEO of Thayer Lodging Group, which he cofounded in 1991. Thayer’s 21 year track record places it in the top 5% of all institutional real estate fund sponsors and recently announced the launch of its 7th institutional hotel real estate fund.

Prior to launching Thayer, he spent 19 years at Marriott, where he became an Executive Vice President and Corporate Officer. While with Marriott, he led the company’s entry into time sharing, Fairfield Inns, and Residence Inns. In cooperation with the principals of Quest Hospitality Ventures, they recently announced the formation of Thayer Ventures, a venture capital fund targeting technology companies in the hospitality and travel space..
Brad Gerstner
Brad is Chief Executive Officer of Altimeter Capital Management, a Boston-based investment firm he founded in November 2008. Prior to Altimeter, Brad was Vice President at PAR Capital Management from 2005 to 2008. Brad Gerstner also served as Co-CEO of National Leisure Group (“NLG”) from 2003 to 2004. He joined NLG in 2000 after working at General Catalyst, a Boston venture capital firm that had invested in NLG. Brad Gerstner currently serves on the boards of directors of Orbitz Worldwide, Silver Rail Technologies, Inc., Room 77 Inc., Hotel Tonight Inc. and Trigger Media Group, LLC.
Brian O’Malley
Brian leads Battery’s Seed & Early Stage practices, while focusing on investments in eCommerce, online marketplaces and internet applications. Prior to Battery, Brian spent several years at Bowstreet, Inc. (acquired by NYSE: IBM), as Director of West Coast Technical Sales and earlier as the company’s Technical Evangelist preaching the future of web service-based APIs. Earlier in his career, Brian assisted founding teams at Matrics, Inc. (acquired by NYSE: MOT) and Compoze Software (acquired by NASDAQ: ORCL) with go-to-market strategy and initial fundraising activities. In 2012, Brian was named to Forbes’ up-and-coming Midas List, the VC Draft: Hot Prospects, as well as to the 2012 AlwaysOn Power Player in Mobile list.
